I missed seeing the movie though I I wanted to see it. If this book were a movie would you go see it? I wasn't particularly fond of the narrator and maybe that is little unfair because I really enjoyed Kris Milnes in 'For the Love of Bob' and compared the two voices.
What do you think the narrator could have done better? Since I knew the story the ending was no surprise to me. What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!) I felt this book overlapped too much with the other Bob books. I also like how this story is ultimately about redemption because through James' relationship with Bob, he became free of his drug habit. I have read several 'Bob' books and love the story of this extraordinary cat. Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
